Metal Cold Rollforming Production Line for Double Rabbet or Single Rabbet Steel Door Frame Panels
General Introduction
This metal sheet processing machine is the special rollformer equipment for continuous rolling and cold-forming on the production of steel door frame panels. This cold rollforming production line is mostly using galvanised steel rolls as the raw material to decoil the roll, continuous rolling and cold-forming, automatically cut to the desired length and finally output the finished steel door frame sheets. The equipment adopts Mitsubishi PLC control, AC frequency inverter and adjusting the speed technology, and it realizes the continuous automatically production. Therefore, it is really a new type of energy-saving and high-effective production equipment for buildings.
