Introduction
This metal door frame manufacturing machine can rollform different kinds of metal door or window frames, reinforced, fire stop doors, etc. The punching also can be designed according to customers' demand. After being roll formed by this roll forming machine, the surface of finished door frame sheet will be very smooth and beautiful without any scratch. Rollers are including the flat roller, middle equipment, side rollers and flatting rollers. Normally the roller material is designed with Cr12 mould steel with exactitude processing and special treating. All the rollers shape is designed by the professional software, “cool bending aux designing software”. The most advantage is to get the most reasonable rollers shape with its position on the line. so that to get the high precision profiles. This roll forming equipment is consisited of De-coiler, feeding & leveling device, punching machine with holes punching moulds, main rollforming machine, cutter, run-out table, etc. we also can do a customized roll forming machine, i.e. We can design the machine according to customers' specifications and profile drawings.
