(1) Manual decoiler:
Manual power opens steel coil, and manual power expands steel coil inner diameter
The decoiler is single head model, the maximum loading capacity is 2000kg
The suitable steel coil inner-diameter is 300±20mm and the maximum outer diameter is 560mm
(2) Guiding device
The guiding device is used to guide the sheet in the correct position. In addition, the width can be adjusted by wheel.
(3) Main roll former:
The max width of feeding guider: 180mm
Main roll former forming procession is about 13;
Main roll former outer style is weld steel plate model.
The transmission system includes main motor, chain, gear and chain wheel;
The roller is designed by professional software, and all rollers dimension are precise;
Forming roller material is Cr15 steel
Forming shaft dimension is 50mm
Main roll former working speed is about 8-15m/min
Main motor power is 5.5KW
The machine base plate is welded steel model, chain and gear move the line and motor drives. All working actions are controlled by electric cabinet.

The cutter model is hydraulic cutting.
