Automatic customized sandwich panel glue brushing production line:
1. Can automatically cement, adhesive bond and compound two-layer, three-layer or multilayer plates, with high degree of automation and high production efficiency;
2. With functions of automatic loading and unloading materials, and automatic location and compound etc;
3. Can adjust the coating volume and speed according to plate specifications, material quality and other technological requirements;
4. With automatic measuring system to ensure the stable serlant volume, uniform cementing layer. Comparing with traditional brush coating by hand, it can save adhesive for 30% above;
5. Use safe and environmental protective polyurethane adhesive (bi-components or one component are accepted), the produced plates are non-poisonous and tasteless, comply with green and environmental protection requirements, with superior product quality;
6. Can be designed individually according to user's special requests;
7. Can be extensively used for the adhesive bonding of plates such as boards, santocel boards, glass, plastic boards, steel plates, aluminum sheet and other material qualities.
